Anderson is the most powerful psychic the Hall of Justice has ever come across: she is able to read minds and emotions, i.e. she possesses both telepathy and empathy. There is no indication of her influencing anyone’s mind, so it seems that her abilities are mostly passive rather than active (at least in the sense of reading v. influencing, not in the sense of receiving rather than retrieving which she can do just fine).

Comments/Other? He was mentally tortured by demons a few years back, and so if he can sense her poking around, he will probably freak out. Still, one of his castmates has similar abilities so he's sort of getting used to it? It mostly just depends on how it comes up. Either way, there's a bunch of PTSD, inner conflict, desire to do better, drug withdrawals, etc, all that fun stuff. Let me know if you wanna hash stuff out, otherwise free reign! c:

Whether or not he'll notice her poking around depends on how deeply she looks, unless he has any particular ability/defenses. She usually just goes around reading everyone's surface thoughts/what's on the forefront of their minds, and that isn't noticeable to anyone in the absence of specific powers to that effect. She can also really get into someone's head, though, sift through their memories/play mindgames, and that is very much noticeable in that there'll be a ... representation of her right there inside your mind with you, hi
