Anderson is the most powerful psychic the Hall of Justice has ever come across: she is able to read minds and emotions, i.e. she possesses both telepathy and empathy. There is no indication of her influencing anyone’s mind, so it seems that her abilities are mostly passive rather than active (at least in the sense of reading v. influencing, not in the sense of receiving rather than retrieving which she can do just fine).

Permission for Anderson to read their emotions absolutely, though chris is pretty protective of his emotions. acknowledging it at the wrong time might be bad news.
Comments/Other you are already aware chris is wary but accepting. if he feels like she's ever violating personal boundaries he might get bothered by it, but i think at this point their relationship is established enough that he wouldn't hold it against her personally.
